This little gem was a former printing press symbol, waiting by the curb for the garbage man to dump it into Mother Earth. Instead, I rescued it and the rest of her friends from A-Z. I found these severely corroded and neglected. I have revitalized and polished them. Finally, I preserved them with several coats of a sealant to protect them from further oxidization.
Please note that there are signs of dings and things from being used in the hand churned printing press. I believe it adds character!
Measurements: height = 2.5 cm, width = tiny at 6mm, depth = 1 cm
Chain length is 18" unless you'd like it otherwise.
Please note the script on these letters are in reverse which was the way the printing press used them to print text in a readable form.
Not intended for use by children. Vintage metal blocks are very small and may contain lead.
