It has a short fold over collar, darts on the front and back and closes in the front with a hidden zipper under the decorative rhinestone encrusted gold toned "disco ball" buttons.
It's partially lined on the top, from the collar to the under arm seams, with a satin-y peach toned material.

bust: 33"
waist: 31"
length: 34"
[Measurements are taken flat, then doubled - except for the length; for best fit, compare the measurements to a similar dress in your closet.]
No sized listed. I generally wear a size 8 - 10 as far as dresses go and this is too small for me to try on properly. I'd estimate this to be a small; probably comparable to a modern size 4 - 6.

The buttons do show a bit of age / wear & the first, fourth and sixth buttons are each missing rhinestones; one is missing from the first buttons, one on the fourth and two on the sixth. (Although with everything else this dress has going on, I don't think the missing stones are really noticeable except upon close inspection.)
There are also a few little frayed bits along the side seams and a small black mark on the lining around the right shoulder blade that's not visible from the outside.
Otherwise in great vintage condition.
I wasn't sure how to wash this so I didn't attempt it.
