This set of paintings is so colorful and eye catching I knew right away I had to have these in my store. They feature tropical parrots in the foreground with bamboo, leaves, and flowers in the background. Both paintings are signed DDE. The parrot with its wings closed is dated Dec 1956 and the parrot with its wings open is dated Jan 1957. They are both framed in a bamboo style frame that goes perfectly with the subject matter.

The painting of the parrot with its wings spread has a light scratch running across the top of the picture starting right below the birds neck. This can be seen from the photos.

Measuremnts: 16.75" tall and 12.75" wide.
