This beautiful bag was hand knit with luxurious 100% merino wool, then felted/fulled and finished into this super soft and ultra sturdy handbag. Agitation and hot water cause the wool to shrink and form a soft, dense fabric. The resulting felted wool is soft to the touch, yet strong and durable.
The flower was wet felted with merino wool and silk fibers, and hand shaped to create a three dimensional, unique look, before being hand sewn to the bag. An adjustable drawstring closure, complete with hand felted end balls, keeps your valuables secure.
This purse can be both a fun and funky everyday bag, as well as a nice accompaniment for a night out in the city. This medium size bag is the perfect size to keep all your essentials.
