It has unique shirring / pleating detail along the shoulder seams (on the front), faux wrap style neckline, elasticized waist and every so slightly a-line shaped skirt with 9" slit on the left side seam.
The original belt is included & the sewn in loops in are tact but the belt itself, a thin strip of satin-y teal fabric, is a bit smushed up. (And I'm not sure how to unsmush it.)

No size listed. I generally wear a size 8 - 10 as far as dresses go and this is snug on me. I'd estimate this to be on the smaller side of a medium; probably comparable to a modern size 6.
(No washing instructions listed either. I washed it in cold water on the delicate cycle and hung it up to dry & it came out just fine.)
