*All glass beads are made of recycled glass
(old bottles of soda or beer are reduced to a powder and then used to make these beautiful unique handmade beads).
Even if they were bought in Burkina Faso, West Africa they may come from
the Krobo region of Ghana where a lot of glass beads are handmade today.
The blue lights of the glass contrasts with the seeds and the metal parts.
All my seeds are from Africa:
*Dark brown flat round shape large seeds around the central blue glass bead are
N'tama coumba seeds.
*Brown to dark brown smaller oval seeds right after the japanese brown glass beads are
Canavalia Maritima seeds also called pig vine, beach bean, pois bord de mer, pois sabre, baybean.
*Coffee black seeds from Mali little ones at the very end of the necklace.
*The metal spacers in the front of the necklace are upcycled and give to this piece its originality with intricate designs that remind me of african braids or even fields.
You can feel good about it because it is eco friendly!

Blue eye was the perfect name for this necklace since its central big bead
reminds me of an eye...a beautiful blue of peace, serenity and love.
