Elemental water energy. Deep cobalt and straw yellow mix to make jade and forest green, each soba noodle accented with ceramic Mykonos beads. Soba Scarves take you from casual with an edge to funky elegance, or even shabby chic - it just depends on how you wear it. Made from silky bamboo and cotton jersey - cozy and soft, yet lightweight.

It all started with one of those wild-hair-what-if moments as I was cutting fringe on a regular scarf - What if I made a scarf that is (almost) all fringe? I cut it, I dyed it, I fell in love with it. And the more I played with it, the more I discovered its many different personalities. The Soba (Noodle) Scarf was born.

70% bamboo, 30% cotton jersey. 20 noodles wide (that's 10" when draped at its widest) and approximately 75" long. Raw, rolled edges and hand-knotted and beaded ends.

The bottom picture in this listing shows the original prototype Soba in nine different variations. This is one very versatile accessory.
