The dress is made with ordinary sewing machine with a plush and jersey fabric. It is possible to make it also with a serger (actually because the dress is made with stretchy fabric it is easy to sew it with a serger). The pattern is asymmetric with a shoulder ruffles. It could be wear as a dress or as a hoody sweater with a leggings or pants.
The project is easy enough even for the beginner sewer.
