I'm an animal lover, I really am! With one exception: once when I was five, we were visiting a little zoo/park in Australia where the animals were allowed to roam free. Koalas in the trees, kangaroos hopping all around, how peaceful, sigh... Until the ostriches started swooping down their long necks to scoop up the petit fours on our picnic table! What?! Those are OUR petit fours! Back off or else...

I drew the illustration in pen + ink, then scanned and digitally colorized it. Printed with high-quality archival inks on acid-free, fine artisan paper.

Print is part of a limited edition (run of only 49) and comes numbered and signed (number may not correspond with the number shown in photo).

Conservation-quality rag mat is acid-free and custom cut to fit my illustrations. Comes packaged with acid-free backer board in protective cello sleeve, ready for framing. Safely shipped in a stay-flat mailer.

NOTE: watermark will not appear on your print. Also, actual colors may vary a bit from how your monitor displays my images.
