Handmade with extra care, each 8.5" by 7" pennant features a variety of pretty patterned papers, new and vintage trimmings, new and vintage embellishments, and gorgeous glittery ruffled crepe paper letters. The banner hangs from pretty pink seam binding ribbon.
Each pennant and letter has been embellished with sparkly silver glitter.
Banner measures approximately 20" across with 1 yard of ribbon length on each side for easy tying.
