Fall’s beauty is so fleeting that I almost feel real urgency when painting a scene like this. With every breeze the tree before me would loose more leaves. Luckily I was able to capture this on canvas because just one week later this same tree’s branches were bare.
Using an Impressionist style I try to capture the overall feel of the scene. I enjoy using bold brush strokes and vibrant color.
