Treasure this opulent silk corset and crepe silk skirt, inspired by the foliage of the Ginko Biloba tree. The corset is studded with numerous strands of freshwater pearls, shells and adorned with hand-made, beaded appliqués. A one of a kind design.
The corset looks to nature with its interwoven and layered strips of ivory and white dupioni silk, which imitate the bark of a tree. The hand made appliqués resemble the leaf of the Ginko Biloba tree, and are strewn with beads to reflect nature’s dew. The Ginko flower is replicated with strands of freshwater pearls which weave in and out of the appliqué leaves. Also, you will find pearlescent sea-shells which evoke broken and dried twigs. The nature motif is entirely hand-sewn.
The corset is fully boned.
The sheer crepe silk skirt which is attached to the corset is split down the front, and flows freely, like a river of silk.
There is nothing to compare to the artistry of this item anywhere else in my shop! A must have for any one looking for a rare, intricate and unique piece.
This outfit has been lightly used.
- The bust and waist sizes indicate the measurements of the corset. In order for the corset to boost the bosom, the wearer’s bust should be around two inches larger than the corset. Corset may fit the bust loosely if the wearer’s bust size is not larger than the corset. Please measure your bust at the fullest part.
