Description Do you know what the "Volkswagen means" It translates from German into English as the "people's car". The clock is obvious made a hubcap of a Volkswagen bug or bus . . . probably 1966 or a bit later.
If you think you see a reflection in the cap, you do. Its me from when I took the picture. It's like trying to take a photo of mirror. It does have small amount of rust on it and there might be a minor dent or two . . . but . . . hey, it is authentic!
I use quality Takane clock movements and parts. The hubcap measures ten inches in diameter.
A stock photo was used: The actual hubcap clock you are shipped might not be the one in the picture, but it will be close. There are sometimes small differences in the design of the hubcap from year to year, the hands I use, and varying amounts of weathering, for example.
