The beautiful amethyst pendant is the star of this necklace. It has an interesting, organic, natural shape, and the pictures almost show some of the clarity that the stone has. I wrapped the stone in heavy gauge sterling wire with a ball pin that I made myself which I pounded to enhance the natural feel. I then oxidized and buffed the entire necklace for a lovely vintage look. A perfect everyday piece. Sterling silver trigger clasp attached with tiny amethyst rounds.
