This soap's key ingredient is activated Korean Bamboo Charcoal. Compared with wood charcoal, bamboo charcoal has about four times more cavities, 3 times more mineral constituent and 4 times better absorption rate. Bamboo charcoal soap with activated carbon is an effective treatment for acne. The bamboo charcoal makes the soap more absorbent and as a result it can clean deep inside the skin pores. Great detoxifying quality! And it leaves no residue on the skin and so allows the pores to breathe and be naturally moisturized.
To help keep the skin more moisturized, I formulated the soap recipe with high quality oils such as Japanese camellia oil and Extra virgin olive oil. Japanese camellia oil has been loved for centuries in Asia. Since the oil has a rich antioxidant and essential fatty acid content, it provides many benefits for the skin, ranging from moisturizing to wound healing.
To keep the abundant nutrients in the oils I carefully controlled the temperature at all times. To create this safe and mild soap I conducted a special curing step for 48 hours during the making process. The soaps then cured for at least 2 months.

- With a subtle herbal scent from therapeutic grade essential oils such as Tea tree, Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Pine and Citronella. * The scent came out very mild & weak for this batch.

Activated Korean bamboo charcoal, Unrefined Japanese camellia oil, Extra virgin olive oil, Grape seed oil, Rice bran oil, Soy bean oil, Castor oil, Sustainable palm oil, Coconut oil, Pure essential oils, Sodium hydroxide, Purified water and Love for life.
