This is a parody of the popular vintage World War 2 poster, which was produced by the British government in 1939 during the beginning of World War II, intended to raise the morale of the British public under the threat of impending invasion (but never used). Sure, you could get one of those and try and be cool headed, but why not put up a sign that reflects reality: The phone is ringing, dinner is burning, the kids are fighting and you are running around like a crazed lunatic. In these instances a "Keep Calm" sign might make you mad. An "Act Hysterical" poster will make you laugh.
