This Replogle globe is marked, "copyright by Replogle Globes Inc., Chicago, ILL" and "Designed & Edited by Gustav Brueckmann, Cartographer". It has a metal stand and arm as well as a daytime and night-time dial on the top. I'm pretty sure that it's circa 1930 due to:

♥ in 1939 Siam was renamed to Thailand and this globe has Siam with Thailand in parenthesis.
♥ in 1935 Persia became Iran and this globe has Iran with Persia in parenthesis.
♥ in 1937 Burma separated from India and on this globe Burma is in green and India is in red.

Couple of other interesting markings:

♥ Hawaii is labeled 'The Territory of Hawaii".
♥ Germany is Germany, no East, nor West.
