Underneath is a layer of black satin with a black lining and net ruffle. The overlay is a black lycra mesh embossed with sparkly red roses and patches of black flocking. It's super gathered to be really full. All 3 layers are gathered into a high waistband of black lycra with a corset detail. The net and mesh layers have rolled hemlines.
