Originally designed as a response to a design challenge set down by the etsyknitters for valentine's day 2010. I find them addictive to knit. The hearts can also be knitted without wings.
The pattern is quick to knit on straight needles and has only one sewn seam.
FINISHED SIZE: Approximately 3” tall and 5” from wing tip to wing tip

All knitted on straight needles
MATERIALS REQUIRED
Approximately 30 yards of red or pink Double Knitting yarn
Approximately 10 yards of white or cream Double Knitting yarn
US size 3 (3 ¼ mm) needles or size needed to obtain gauge
Polyester fiberfill
Tapestry needle
