This rosary has a wonderful Old World style and is Baroque in all the many details it has.
The Avé beads are incredible red, handmade wedding cake beads. Each of these beads is drapped in dark gold adventurine glass and is adorned with very light blue, stylized flowers . Because they are handmade, no two beads are alike. Some are smaller than others, but the approximate size is 10mm high by 12mm wide. Each of these beads is accented by gold plated filigree bead caps. Complimenting these beads are the ornate handmade brass Bali beads. These beads are 10mm in diameter and are accented by 3mm fluted gold-tone spacer beads on either end. Finishing it all off is an ornate, highly detailed gold finished pewter crucifix. The center features the Virgin Mary in gold colored metal.
Because the beads in this rosary are larger than most, this is a large rosary. Also, it is a substantial rosary with a good weight to it. This rosary would make a striking gift or would be great to keep for yourself.
