I have bezel set the amethyst with a slight reveal at the bottom and placed the setting on top of a wide deco patterned band. All in sterling silver which is oxidized and them polished back to show the detail. The setting interior is polished to a mirror finish to reflect as much light back through the stone as possible. The result is a modern ring with a vintage style, but certainly unique.
This is a limited edition piece as I have a limited number of these amazing gemstones.
