Our tutus are made with yards upon yards of the softest tulle (made in the USA) for a very full and beautiful look. We use 1 inch non-roll elastic waistbands to prevent twisting and top it off with a satin ribbon bow. The non-roll elastic will stretch 2 - 3 inches for growth.
