I use Premium Tissue Paper (10% recycled content) for easy fluffing and environmental protection.
This list includes:
- 3 large 18" pom-poms
- 6 medium 14" pom-poms
- 6 small 9" pom-poms
(mix of round and pointed petal cut, choose your colors)
- 15 yards clear string (or white ribbon)
- a step by step picture guide for unfurling
