I made this set using pallet oak and simple wood planks, every piece of which was dragged off the streets of North Brooklyn. The sawhorse table braces measure 17" wide by 30.5" tall, the four benches are each 48" long by 9" deep by 20" tall. The glass top (I didn't make this but I'm sure if I had some direction and a really hot kiln, I probably could) is 100" long (over 8 feet) and crazy heavy, the strength of the sawhorses simply can't be debated.
This listing is for 2 oak sawhorse table braces, two benches (48" by 19") and a sheet of glass measuring 50 x 30 x 3/8 thick. The glass is tempered (shatter-proof) so there's no risk of breakage, the benches can be stained/painted in a variety of shades/colors. Also included is free shipping to NYC, I'll bring everything to your apartment and set it up for you.
I'm also willing to build/ship these pieces separately, if you're in Oklahoma and don't want to risk having the glass shipped that's cool with me -- just contact for a shipping quote, we'll get something worked out.
This item comes with a NYC subway map detailing where its various parts were found/salvaged, thanks so much for checking it out....
Note: I can make these tables with reclaimed wood tops rather than glass, there's really no limit to what you can do with salvaged materials these days.
