Inspired by the 2011 news story of the deaths of thousands of blackbirds and other birds, this original watercolor features an earth mother goddess and a blackbird. This one of a kind painting measures 8 x 10 and has been painted on Strathmore cold press 140 lb paper. It's signed on front and back, with title and date also on the back. It has been doubled matted in white and placed under glass in a contemporary black frame with rounded edges. The frame has an easel and a hook for hanging on the wall.
