Scalloped hearts are lovingly and patiently cut from a variety of three different solid colored cardstocks: red, light pink, and metallic gold. Each topper is then carefully hand painted with a heavy duty craft glue and attached to a simple untreated wooden dowl.
Toppers measure 1 5/16" wide and approximately 3 5/16" in length.
