I was thrilled that designer Talitha Kuomi wanted to create a design using one of my upcycled yarns! She used 100% wool from an L.L. Bean turtleneck to create the original Moses.

little ‘moses’ the mouse is up to any adventure. just carry him along with you and see what fun the two of you can find together.
gauge is not important to this project, just be sure to use needles 3 sizes smaller than the yarn label calls for to give him a good tight skin. (the mouse shown is knit up on size 4 needles in worsted weight yarn which calls for size 7 needles.)
knit in one piece (the ears are done with short rows) and in the round from the end of his nose to the very tip of his i-cord tail, this sweet toy knits up fast. a great way to use up a partial skein leftover from a larger project or to take full advantage of a small skein of taddiebeeknitting luxury upcycled yarn.
