The delicately striped fabric has been distressed and ruffled along the focal point. Antiqued gold chain and buttons give it steampunky detail. Synthetic upholstery fabrics make up the visible portions of this cuff, and the inside is finished with a printed cotton.
It will fit a wrist from 6 1/2" to 7" and closes with an elastic cord around a single button.
