After placing your order, proofs for personalized note cards and any other personalized paper products will be sent within 1-2 business days.
How to Order
It’s easy! There are only two simple steps:
Step One:
Answer these 4 questions:
1. Color of note card? (White or Cream?)
2. Address for back flap of envelope? If none is provided, envelopes will come blank.
3. Personalization (this is the important part!) Be specific. Look at the stationery you’re ordering and provide the details pertaining to that particular design (i.e., if it’s a monogram, specify the order of letters from L-R). If you want your stationery just like the sample, just let me know!
4. Color and style of font if applicable. Be sure to let me know if you want all lower case or any other special requests.
Step Two (My turn to do the work!)
You will be sent a convo with a digital image to view your proofs. PLEASE CHECK ALL WORDING ON PROOFS VERY CAREFULLY. Especially double check capital letters, special characters and spacing on unusual names.
If any changes need to be made, please convo me back and be very specific about the changes. You will receive a second set of proofs within 1-2 business days.
If all the information on the proof is correct, please convo back and write APPROVED FOR PRINT (or something along those lines). The production process will begin on your order.
Your stationery will be packaged very carefully and shipped to you! It typically takes 3-4 business days for printing and production.
It is extremely important to us that we provide a quality product and superb customer service. Although rare, errors can occur. If there is a printing error or quality issue, please inform us right away and your order will be reprinted right away.
