1. copy the order request form below. (please use the form for the style topper you want.)
2. paste the form in a new etsy convo. (do this by clicking 'contact shop owner' below.)
3. choose your details, delete the ones you don't want, and then send! easy peasy!
**do not place in cart or purchase until you receive an order confirmation.**
because we take just a limited number of custom orders each month, we're not always able to fill each request we receive. either way, we will email you within 1 week of your request to let you know if we're able to take your order.
once your order has been confirmed, we'll create a custom order listing just especially for you and you'll be able to purchase your cake topper then. yay!

* every little detail on it will be handcrafted with great love & care.
* it's very lightweight & is about 5" wide.
* it's been triple-sealed for protection and will wipe clean after use.
* it takes about 4 months' time for us to complete a custom order.
* sometimes we're able to squeeze in a rush order or two - please inquire.
* any changes to your order must be made as soon as possible.
* we offer a 100% refund on orders canceled within 1 week of purchase.
* no refunds will be given beyond one week of purchase.
* IF YOU LIVE IN THE US: your order will ship US Priority Mail.
* tracking is included, shipping insurance is NOT.
* you may add shipping insurance for an additional charge.
* IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE US: your order will ship 1st Class.
* items shipped via 1st Class International cannot be tracked.
* you may add trackable shipping for an additional charge.
* we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, transit, or customs.
