Each 100% silk origami butterfly is 1 3/4 inches wide and 1 1/8 inch tall, and is meticulously hand folded and sewn to keep its shape.
NOTE: I can have these made for you in 1 to 3 days depending on the amount of orders I'm currently working on when this listing is purchased. If you need the butterflies by a specific date please contact me and let me know to ensure they arrive in time.
Each butterfly is sewn to a matte silver hair pin. Each hair pin is 3 inches long.
OPTIONS: If you have fine hair, I can also sew these onto 2 inch regular bobby pins or mini alligator clips. Just let me know which you prefer. Some people feel that the 3 inch hair pins are too long and will poke through their hair style, so I offer the 2 inch traditional bobby pins and mini alligator clips as an option.
In this particular listing the colors Vibrant Plum Silk as well as Iridescent Peacock Teal and Purple Silks were used. The green in the later silk has a bit more of an emerald green tone than a genuine true teal tone. If you require a very specific shade I am always more than happy to mail out free silk samples.
