and here is the story...
I asked my mom to mail me some new supplies from Peru and she sent me these gorgeous huge and very bold tagua seeds. I originally wanted them for earrings but they were too big for that so I had to think of something else.
I then realized I could make some awesome pendants so here they are!
Now, there is really no identical pendants. Each one of them is different in shape, size, and even the tone of their color.
Simplicity is the key on these. They are statement pieces and with such an amazing story behind them, there is no excuse to pass on them.
- I have about 50-60 of these and I will be listing each one individually, so you can browse and choose your favorite. Look for the 'tagua pendants' section in my shop.
- Each pendant measures anywhere from 1 inch to 2 inches long.
- They are shipped inside a beautiful organza bag for easy gift-giving.
It's a kind of nut/seed that grows in the Amazons. It serves as a replacement to elephant ivory and is becoming more and more popular as a material used in jewelry.
Thanks for Looking.
