Well, here they are! Gluten free chocolate whoopie pies with a sweet, marshmallow creme filling. These pies have a rich chocolate flavor and the filling is fluffy and light.
I use my own heart-healthy gluten free flour blend to make these cookie sandwiches yummy with a velvety smooth cake-like texture.
Even folks who are not on gluten-restricted diets will enjoy them and will never know the difference :)
I like to pop them in the freezer and eat them cold - it's like eating an ice cream sandwich :)
This order is for 6 pies. Each pie is approximately 2 1/2 inches across and the order totals approximately 1 lb.
Pies are individually wrapped in wax paper and cello bags and tied with ribbon.
