Dry Clean Only because the authentic vintage feedsacks were printed with non-permanent ink so that the graphics could be washed out once they were empty. The plain cotton fabric could then be used for household linens, quilts, and clothing. Nothing was wasted - times were tough. A neat piece of American history!

All my vintage textiles are properly cleaned before constructing my pillows.
For international buyers - it usually works out better to ship the pillowcovers only, it is much cheaper on the shipping fees. One to two pillowcovers will ship for around $13. If you are interested, please send me a convo and I will set up a private listing.
