Pincushion Cat Roscoe is a completely functional pincushion for sewers or can be used as a cool decorative piece. The majority of this pincushion was hand sewn. Roscoe, like all my other creations, is handcrafted and made from my own patterns.

This item consists of 1 cat pincushion and 15 assorted pins. The extra pins shown in certain pictures are not included.

The cat pincushion is made of cream and an orange/yellow/pink tie-dyed felt print. (cream for the head and tail and the tie-dyed for the body.) His face consists of 2 orange ballpoint pins for the eyes, 1 yellow ballpoint pin for the nose and 12 straight pins that make up the mouth and whiskers (6 for whiskers and 6 for the mouth). His paws are made from tan pom poms. He has a brown vest that I fringed by cutting thin strips at the bottom. He has a matching tie-dyed headband along with a blue belt with a gray colored peace sign. He is firmly stuffed with 100% polyester fiberfill. I also made a sand pouch from cotton fabric and sewed that inside the pincushion which gives him more stability. The sand is wrapped first in a plastic bag (just to make sure no sand will ever escape) and then it goes into the cotton fabric pouch.

He stands approximately 5.25 inches (13.25 cms) tall and measures approximately 11inches (28 cms) around the belly.
