The top is open, so you can easily stuff bags into it. The bottom has an elastic opening to keep all the bags inside but allows you to easily pull one out.
Generously sized at 20" long x 15" around and using prewashed decorator weight (stronger and heavier than basic cotton) fabric, this bag holder comes with a 5" long coordinating handle so it can be hung from a hook for all to see.
