Soft, romantic, delicately painted peonies in shades of muted petal pink and soft silvery gray tumble down the silk as carelessly as a spring breeze. The creamy white of the silk looks gorgeous against any skin tone, and the versatility of this color palette ensures you'll be wearing this all throughout the year - this scarf is a terrific match for your dark skinny jeans!
The 14”x72” length is super-versatile for tying – try looping it around in a double knot, or tie the two ends together and let the scarf hang loosely for a casual but graceful look. It can also be worn as a hip scarf, headband, or tied to a favorite purse or yoga bag, and it transitions beautifully from a day at the office to a special night out.
The 12mm Crepe de Chine silk has a soft, slightly textured feel, drapes beautifully, and yields rich, vibrant colors.

---How This Was Crafted----
This one of a kind design was created using powdered seaweed to thicken the dye, enabling it to be painted directly onto the silk without it spreading or bleeding. The scarf has been painted entirely freehand, and is truly a unique work of wearable art.
---Care Instructions----
To care for your new scarf, dry clean or hand-wash in cold water with a drop of mild soap. Rinse, and blot dry with a soft towel. When silk is just slightly damp, iron on the backside on low setting. A small care card is included with each purchase.
----Quality---
All of my scarves are made to last a lifetime. They are painted with professional-grade silk dyes, then steam set for five hours for ultimate performance and wear. Unlike paints that sit on the surface of the silk, dyes chemically bond with the silk fibers during the steaming process, yielding the most brilliant colors possible.
