The beading is hand-sewn all around the back of the dress, giving an elegant, sassy detail.
The halter ties can be adjusted to your liking, and the dress comes with a matching sash. There is an extra layer sewn in the front, so you can go bra less!
The bust would fit 34" -36"
The waist is 32" (but can be tied to make smaller)
