This mischievous cat has a butterscotch coat with wisps of white. His eyes are bright green with black hand painted pupils. The paint is designed for glass, was baked on and will not wipe off. A dark teal blue glass with a gentle wavy texture forms the background of the panel.
It measures 4 1/4” tall, 8 1/4” wide.
The glass in this piece was carefully cut, wrapped in copper foil and soldered. It is framed with zinc came. A length of jack chain is attached to two rings in the back for hanging. Links can be removed to adjust the height.
The sun shining through the glass or lack of sun will give the colors various appearances. Also, please be aware that colors may look slightly different on your computer monitor than in person.
