Shouldn't every day be a party? Dress up a window, mantle, armoire, doorway, with a 12 foot long garland of recycled felt circles. I make my own felt from recycled wool sweaters, and you'll see it reflected in the variety of colors and textures. The circles are hand cut and machine-stitched together. The garland you receive will not be the exact one pictured here...but made of the same batch of fabric, with some fabulous bright colors in the mix, and hearts in a mix of patterns.
