I've wrapped the pearl heart in 22 g. sterling silver wire and suspended a tiny blue seed pearl above it. The biwa pearl is about 9/16 in. x 1/2 in. (14.5mm x 13mm). The pearl pendant with sterling wire wrapped bail is 1-1/4 inch in length (3.2cm). It comes with a pretty ribbon-like sterling silver 18-inch box chain. I made the bail opening 4mm x 2mm so the pendant can be removed to wear on a fabric ribbon or a wider chain if you wish.
