I stumbled upon these fabulous vintage glass hearts and knew they would look fabulous set in the style of my bling series. They are gothic looking with the detail of the cut work bezel. The pendant is made entirely of sterling silver that has been oxidized and polished back to show off the design. The back has a tube bail which allows the heart to lay flat and not twist.
The heart comes on a 16 inch sterling silver chain that has been oxidized and rubbed back to show off some brightness on the high areas adding to the vintage look.
The vintage glass heart measures a large 18mm so the setting is about 20mm.
The hearts are vintage glass pieces and are in excellent unused condition, however they are not always perfectly symmetrical. The settings are made one at a time to fit the individual glass piece.
