A silhouette of a tall gum in vintage Japanese print fabric is appliqued onto a simple, sky blue peasant dress.
Ties of the same vintage fabric draw it in slightly at the waist. Two rows of shirring are on the neckline and arms. The hems are all finished with a rust brown rolled hem.
The pattern used is a variation of the 'Lily Top' by pinkfig.
