The bowl is suited for use as a wedding cake topper, wedding decoration, jewelry holder, a base for a candle, a soap dish or as a decorative element on any table or chest of drawers.
The beautiful deep blue hue of the center of the bowl is formed from pieces of turquoise glasses which have blended into each other during the firing of the bowl.
I enjoy this combination of clay and glass which gives a festive splash of color, a truly unique item bringing great pleasure to the beholder.
The bowl dimensions are approx. 5 inches in diameter (6 inches with the birds).
