The Colonial with a utility room was produced in 1951. This colonial style is the most common style produced by Marx. The style was first produced in 1949 and came with a garage and a nursery with either a Disney or ABC motif. After 1951 all the colonials had a utility room and non-Disney nursery.
Not intended for use or play by children.
Measures 8: x 14" x 24 3/4" assembled.
Condition: Very Very Good with a couple little scratches. Larger scratch noted to right front. No rust or repairs noted.
