inspired by relics, early morning beach combing, dream catchers & nature's finest creatures...
I crafted this garland from sparkling blue parrot feathers, iridescent mallard duck feathers, copper wire, crystal beads, smoky quartz, lemon citrine, green + gold fibers, and a found mussel seashell (which has a beautiful natural cluster of barnacles on it's backside) I found the mussel shell beach combing in Santa Barbara, Ca. Inside the shell using resin I embedded a real seahorse and a real sand dollar. I wire wrapped the shell and strung a faceted lemon citrine gemstone, a gorgeous rutilated quartz & a small sea snail shell (the snail I found beach combing in martha's vineyard, ma.)
28" x 4"- 5"
has wire wrapped loops on both ends for easy hanging.
