I am so pleased to present to these lovely faerie wings! Inspired by Cynthia Thornton's "Enchanted Adornments" and Brian Froud's "Lady Cottington's Pressed Fairy Book," I have hand-formed and hammered these delicate wings from sterling silver wires, then applied a glistening iridescent patina in deep roses and purples.
I have filled them with Swarovski crystal rhinestones, then painted on several layers of sparkling, iridescent lavender resin. This resin is non-toxic, non water-soluble, and will not yellow with time.
These earrings measure 2 1/2" tall from the top of their matching iridescent sterling silver earwires.
