The Love Mouse Couple is about 3cm (1.2 inches) tall and about 3cm wide, and they are made entirely from polymer clay, apart from their onyx bead eyes. The red heart has been finished with gloss varnish. The last picture shows the Love Mouse Couple perched on tin of tuna to give an idea of scale.
Love Mouse Couples do come in different colours and will be listed separately, but contact me if you have any special requests.
The Love Mouse Couple is signed with an artist's mark - a slice of my unique monogram 'QC' cane. They come in a smart presentation box with a signed certificate, and will be sent safely by first class post within the UK. International orders are sent by airmail post, although a tracked and insured secured service is available for an extra fee.
Because each Love Mouse Couple is made entirely by hand, each one is a little different.

I bring every wee creature to life with love, care and joy, and I so enjoy meeting each one as they appear from the clay. I spend a lot of time preparing and finishing the clay to ensure a pristine finish. I hand-blend the clay to mix colours (I don't use paints), and I also create all my own millefiori canes to achieve the perfect finish. All accessories held by the mice, like the roses and balloons, are also made with the same care and attention to detail. I use semi-precious black onyx beads for the eyes, and where necessary, I use wire armature to strengthen the paws and tail. Most wee creatures have a matt finish because I think it's more tactile, but some, like the moles and snails are finished with gloss or satin varnish to enhance the patterns and colours.
Each wee creature has its own personality, charm and character and is truly a miniature masterpiece.
