this is my second piece taking inspiration/lyrics from "reel around the fountain." i was listening to it yesterday and head this line and thought - yes, that need to be stitched; especially with valentine's day just around the corner!
this finished piece is framed/finished in an 8.25 inch wooden embroidery hoop. it's done with light brown/dark tan stitching on a background of off-white "natural" effect aida (cross-stitch) cloth. (it has little specks of fiber here and there throughout the weave.)
this particular piece is stitched up and ready to go.
if you'd prefer, however, i can stitch one up for you in the classic black with white stitching. (like the "please please please..." piece pictured in my shop.) if that's what you'd like, simply go on ahead and order this one and then leave a note in the "notes to seller" section of the order form that you'd like white stitching on black fabric.
