These images show examples of vintage necktie purses that I make in my studio. If you already have a tie that has good memories for you, you can send it to me and I will make your tie into a purse. I will choose the lining, strap and buttons that I feel best accent the tie. However, if you also have a shirt that went with the tie, I can use that for the lining.
These purses are fun, practical, and have a great retro vibe - use them to carry your small items (cell phone, keys, wallet) while you spend the day shopping. Leave your big, bulky purse in the car!
I need one tie to make this type of purse. Finished size is approximately 6" tall by 9" wide and I will make the strap to any length you prefer. I take great care with your necktie and am confident that my experience will ensure that you have a wonderful result.
The price for a custom necktie purse is $30 and if you are in the USA, I will not charge shipping to return your finished piece. Once I receive your tie, please allow one week for me to finish it and get it back in the mail to you.
